ToneTote Partner Program Terms

These terms apply to the ToneTote partner (referral) program. By creating a promo code or requesting a payout, you agree to the rules below. Commission rates and holds may change; the values on this page and in your dashboard reflect the current program settings.

Program overview

Approved partners receive a unique promo code. When a new customer applies your code at checkout on an eligible custom song package, they receive 10% off their order and you earn 30% of the amount they pay (after the discount), subject to these terms.

Eligibility & promo codes

  • You must have a ToneTote account and comply with our Terms of Service.
  • One partner promo code per account unless we approve otherwise in writing.
  • Codes must be 3–20 characters (letters and numbers). Offensive, misleading, or trademark-infringing codes may be rejected or revoked.
  • Self-referrals (using your own code on your own purchase) do not earn commission.
  • We may refuse or remove participation for fraud, spam, or abuse.

Commission & hold period

Commission is calculated on qualifying payments captured through ToneTote checkout. After a successful purchase, commission remains on hold for 7 calendar days before it becomes available for withdrawal. This allows time for payment disputes and fraud review.

If an order is refunded or reversed, related commission may be cancelled or clawed back from your balance. Custom song packages are non-refundable once produced, as described in our Refund Policy, except where required by law.

Payouts

  • Minimum withdrawal: $25 USD available balance (not including amounts still on hold or pending another payout request).
  • Payouts are processed manually to the PayPal email you provide in the partner dashboard.
  • We aim to send approved payouts within a few business days; timing may vary.
  • You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive.

Marketing & disclosure

If you promote ToneTote publicly (social media, blogs, ads), you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission when people use your code, in line with applicable advertising rules (including FTC endorsement guidelines where they apply).

Do not make false claims about ToneTote, guaranteed income, or discounts we do not offer. Use only official links to tonetote.com.

Changes & termination

We may update commission percentages, hold periods, minimum payout, or eligibility at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page and in your dashboard. Continued use of the program after changes constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or end your participation immediately for violation of these terms or our Terms of Service. Unpaid available balance may still be paid at our discretion if no fraud is involved.
