What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Local storage, session storage and tracking pixels are related technologies. We use them to deliver core functionality, remember preferences and understand service performance.
2
Strictly necessary
Required for the product to function:
- Authentication and session management (`session` cookie, httpOnly).
- CSRF protection for web forms and API calls (`csrf_token`).
- Locale and interface preferences (e.g., `tt_locale`).
These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking the service.
3
Performance & analytics
We use Google Tag Manager for aggregated analytics and conversion tracking. Optional cookies are controlled through the banner: Accept All, Reject All, or Manage to choose Analytics and Advertising separately.
4
Functional
Functional cookies remember the creative settings you used last (genre, language) or keep onboarding tips hidden after dismissal. They improve the experience but are optional.
5
Advertising
ToneTote does not serve third-party ads. Google Tag Manager may load analytics tags from Google. If we add ad networks in the future, we will update this notice and request consent where required.
6
Managing preferences
You can adjust cookie settings through the in-product privacy banner or within your account settings. Most browsers also let you delete or block cookies—however, blocking necessary cookies may prevent logins or credit purchases.
7
Do-not-track & signals
We honor browser-level Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required and treat them as an opt-out of non-essential cookies. When GPC is enabled in your browser, we do not load Google Tag Manager or other analytics tags, even if you previously chose “Accept All”.
8
Updates
We may update this Cookie Notice as vendors or technologies change. We will post the revised notice with an updated “Last updated” date. Questions? Email [email protected].
