3. Payment Terms
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. Payments are securely processed via third-party services.
Custom Songs: Once production begins, cancellations or refunds are not available. If we’re unable to fulfill your order (e.g., artist unavailability), we’ll offer a full refund or credit.
Instant Downloads & Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.

The content is accurate and free of third-party claims.
You authorize us to use your submitted content to create the song.
Unless you opt out, we may use your song (anonymously or with first names only) for promotional purposes.

6. Revisions and Refunds
Revisions: We offer up to five revisions for each custom song, to help make sure it feels just right. Revisions include minor adjustments to lyrics, delivery, or style. Each revision is typically delivered within 1 business day.
Refunds: Refunds are available only if we’re unable to deliver your order. Due to the personalized nature of our work, refunds are not issued based on creative preferences after delivery.
7. Rules of Conduct You agree not to:

Distribute, upload, or resell your song without permission
